| Summary, etc. | En La semana de los mártires Gilles Sebhan explora mediante la fotografía los procesos del duelo y la memoria colectiva como una manera de recuperar la identidad de los muertos anónimos. Los retratos personales también pueden ser documentos históricos. Nombrar a los muertos una vez más y poner sus retratos en primer plano es una apuesta política contra el olvido. En esta ficción con resonancias autobiográficas, Sebhan sortea las trampas de la memoria y se pregunta si las historias realmente sucedieron así o preferimos contarlas a nuestra conveniencia. Ésta es una historia incendiaria narrada con el fulgor y el dolor de las pérdidas. |
